That's funny considering I don't even own a Hyundai / Kia product. But since you can't argue worth a dime, you have to resort to name calling. Pathetic.
Duh! You don't have to own anything to be a fan of it. I can't argue worth a dime? Ok, buddy. Maybe, you should spend more time learning proper English grammar.
In the mid to late 2000s, there were a lot of paid "fanboys" who were propping up Hyundai on the automotive internet forums. The corporate culture of this company is truly disgusting.
Sounds a lot like China. Internet commentators were hired by the authorities of the People's Republic of China to manipulate public opinion and disseminate disinformation to the benefit of the governing Chinese Communist Party (CCP). I think you might have heard of them, they were called the 50 Cent Army?
But there's nothing wrong with that. Some people want something different and sportier than offered by Toyota. I happen to love Toyota/Lexus, over 25 years of ownership (7 Toyotas and one Lexus since 1996) but for EV'S currently I would buy the Ioniq 5 over anything currently being released by Toyota. My wife is currently driving a 2020 Ioniq EV, two years and 19k later it's an excellent commuter and has given us zero issues. When the lease is over end of next year, I'm probably going to replace it with whatever Ioniq Hyundai releases
What could be more sportier than a MK5 Supra, GR Corolla or GR86? Heck, the Koreans have no answers to these sporty Toyotas.

When you don't have facts, the next step is to just up the inflammatory remarks to avoid having to provide facts
Or use whatever someone says against them or continue to evade directly answering the questions. Tactics well used and only used by the one who shall remain nameless.

As opposed to what tactic, name-calling and conspiracy theory shouting?
The CCP conspiracy claim is especially hilarious from someone who continuously promotes some questionable Vietnamese car brand with ties to their government.
The Supra is a BMW...basically a two door M340 so its pretty quick. Nothing else Toyota/Lexus makes is fast. At least they stuck the V8 in the Lexus lineup so it has adequate speed but a dual motor Ioniq 5 / EV6 family hauler is about as fast. It is what it is.
I haven't watched enough Scotty to say whether he is or not, I was just making a point that when someone deliberately mispronounces an ethnic name, its an example of subtle racism.
And just in time, Scotty does a video about Jagwars, lol. I don't think he's mispronouncing Jaguar because he racist against the British, even JC does that.

The MK5 Supra is a rebadged BMW Z4 Roadster, the GR86 is a Subaru BRZ (and vice versa), the GR Corolla is the only actual car built by Toyota you named. The GR Corolla, though a great car will only appeal to a limited crowd. Hyundai, Kia and Genesis have different sporty models that appeals to multiple types of people, including many on this forum that own both Toyota and Lexus autos. The N series Veloster, Elantra and Kona compete perfectly with the Corolla GR, and not only offers Manual transmission, but excellent high performance wet clutch DCT transmissions that have been praised by every reviewer. Also because they have vastly different styling between the three cars, they offer something for different types of people.
I'm really not sure why you are so hostile to this brand in particular. There are brands I really don't care for, but if other people buy them, it really doesn't bother me

Claiming that the Koreans don't have sporty cars is hilarious when they currently have three N cars sold in the U.S., two other N cars sold in Europe, an entire luxury line where every single car is RWD-based with twin turbo V6's or EV motors making around 400 HP, and two EV's that make around 600 horsepower.
The one car our friend neglected to mention for Toyota is the IS500, which is actually very enthusiast-oriented. But that's more for the novelty of the V8 rather than its actual performance ability.

This wasn't directed towards you. It was directed towards Och who tends to make over the top statements with zero backing. My theory is he's a closet EV enthusiast trying to clown us. Nice try Och...I'm on to you
