Well it turns out that small amounts of gasoline is more flammable due to more oxygen mixing, making it more combustible, so when I lit it, it bursted into large flames that caught nearby boxes on fire. I was lucky I didn't get burned. Long story short, I pulled the hose over there (thank God it reached) and was able to put out the fire. Lots of boxes and plastic got burned, but not the rest of the garage

Yeah. Oxygen really fuels fire. Starve it from oxygen and it just burns out. I never thought a small amount of gas in a bottle cap could do that
OT but....yes, I have the least boring ones made (and not stock) both with a manual transmission one is a 5-speed V6 car puts a smile on a face every time. When I go to Toyota to buy parts the sales people are beside themselves they never knew such cars existed.
Toyota used to be cool, their RWD cars were even better but I can't find any good examples in the part of the world anymore. PM me if you want to see them.

Nice! I used to have a MkII Supra in my teens and early 20s. Loved that car. PM me some pics of the Camry. I have to admit, none of my Toyotas ever caught on fire

When I was a kid, I put a tiny bit of gas in a bottle cap and lit it with a match and almost burned our garage down. So what you experienced must have been way worse
Whole shop interior went black in under 30 seconds and I was seriously thinking the place might be lost.
One of those "Japanese" cars you mentioned is actually German (and it's actually fast, I'll be damned), and the other is built by Subaru, you realize that, right? 99.9 percent of Toyotas and Lexus are fwd, you realize that, right? Every Honda except the S2000 is fwd. Anyway, I've already made my points, no need to rehash yesterday's news.
Oh, and I'm dead serious
The majority of Lexus are FWD? I believe only the ES is FWD and the rest are either RWD/AWD.

The majority of Lexus are FWD? I believe only the ES is FWD and the rest are either RWD/AWD.
ES, UX, NX, and RX are all FWD with optional FWD-based AWD
IS, LS, RC are RWD with optional RWD-based AWD
LC is RWD only
GX and LX are RWD-based permanent 4WD
So by model count 4/10 are FWD, with FWD-based AWD available as an extra-cost option. But those 4 models account for something like 80% of Lexus sales volme.
That is scary. Understatement I know. Imagine how heavy those batteries are. A Tesla battery is well over a thousand pounds. I can't imagine how big one is for a bus. I'm sure that's why it just took off like that.
Ever change a phone battery? It's fun if you tear the cell since you have about 2-3 seconds to rip it the rest of the way out and throw it in a ceramic container......figured that out the first time I replaced one. Hydrogen gas smell=soon to occur flame show, chemical fires are fun lol!
These are going to make great car bombs once people figure out that it's impossible to put out the fire and how easy it will be to remote control them in a few years. I think we will see an interesting series of events leading to cars becoming self drive only due to this...
