Glad it worked out for you! On ABRP I think there’s an option to set preferred state of charge at destination which might have helped with how it was trying to get you charged for the return. The other thing was whether it was working with live or estimated data about your charge level. If it’s guessing, it will probably be a little more conservative. Anyway glad it went well!
I wouldn't bet against Tesla to properly figure out the technology and to robustly deploy it in CyberCab or to enable existing Teslas to become full or part time Robotaxis, but purely as a taxi the Waymo vehicle on the left is going to have more passenger and cargo space than the two seat CyberCab. Those two things are pretty important in a taxi.

You can also set SoC you want to reach in the Tesla nav, they added that feature a few updates back
