Is that .59 in Canadian money? I think the highest I saw between IL and FL was low .40/kWh.
Nope, USD. I’m heading to Boston for Thanksgiving and Tesla chargers range between $.49 and $.55. EA stations along the same path can go as high as $.64 which is ridiculous
If you don't already have them a $12 Supercharger membership discounts rates to the same price Tesla owners pay and a $7 Pass Plus membership should drop those EA rates down by 25%.

We’re taking the minivan this round because need the full 8 seats while in Boston. Otherwise I don’t charge enough to need the membership. I L2 charge at work for $.25
that energy qty (222kWh) is 3x the size my ev batteries.
as i’ve said before, gm took an ‘approach’ to give range by installing gigantic batteries. makes for a ridiculously heavy and inefficient ev. hard to build ev’s efficiently or make money with the uaw though.

One thing I have to say about Jill... pretty slick. If one isn't paying close attention, you would think fast charging an EV was expensive. The "this has to be fake" is great cover 🤣. Jill, you have to give that Chattanooga guy some much needed pointers. I'm totally serious here, dude has no idea how to do it right
the chargers in the pic do NACS too so those work with teslas as well.
what does charging cost at those?
Yep, they had both but then they also had a row of actual Tesla superchargers, those have been there for a few years, these are new. I didn't check but nobody was using them and the Tesla chargers were full, so my guess is more than Tesla...

I thought the same thing Twice as many cables as necessary.
