Funding was always set to end in 2025, but I heard on the news that the nail in the coffin was the trump admin didn't provide anymore funding to this program, which in some part needed partial help from the feds. It really does suck as someone who paid for the the sticker on my vehicle
The worst part about the HOV lane is that people who drive slow hog the lane, but also people who drive slow hog the 2nd lane from the left, which is the new "fast" lane. I guess it doesn't register in their minds since they think it's not the far left.

That's a Bay Area thing, worst drivers I've ever encountered. I'm originally from SoCal, and I had to adjust to bad drivers when I moved out here. Whenever friends and family visit from SoCal, they always mention how bad the drivers here are
I hope they have access to a L2 charger. As much as I love having a Tesla, I wouldn't have it if I lived in an apartment/condo complex.
Here in the Bay area most new apartments/Condos etc have L2 charging. My daughter and her finance just looked at an apartment, it comes with L2 charging, if you have an EV they charge an additional $30 a month
