Haha, fair enough. Yeah could be a pothole, I had that tire tear last year from that pothole and it cut a slice like that too now that I think about it
Yes with a $125k EQS. I’m not conflating anything. You can easily lease an EQS with an MSRP of around $125k for $1,000 a month. Clear enough?
two "deals":
Mercedes-Benz of Paramus
A 2024 EQS 580 4MATIC Sedan lease with a monthly payment of $1,019 for 36 months, and $11,313 due at signing. This offer includes a $7,500 lease bonus cash and a $5,000 loyalty bonus for eligible customers.
MBSD
A 2024 EQS 580 4MATIC SUV lease with a monthly payment of $1,059 for 36 months, and $11,183 due at signing. This lease is for 10,000 miles per year, and there is a charge of $0.25 per mile over the allotted miles.
first deal nets at $1333 a month (don't know mileage). and that's with a loyalty bonus (meaning i presume that you already have a mercedes).
second deal nets $1369 a month with only 10k mi. per year.
here's edmunds, all lease offers for the eqs580 are $1500 and up.
We’ve shown you I’m not wrong lol.
the mockery of your "lol" is so you. you've shown you conflate 'deals' a person here or there got on an eqs450+ for $1000 or less a month with the much more expensive eqs580.
rxsf's 'deal' posted was for the bottom of the line eqs450 (not 450+ let alone 580). worked out to $849/mo. and only 7500 mi. per year.
so "we" haven't shown jack.
You can lease an EQS easily for $1,000 a month.
i agree, just not a "$125k" trim model.

tire damage like that could come from driving over a piece of metal (bed frame, piece of metal rack or fencing, etc).
Not likely. Further down, there was some bubbling on the sidewall, not sure if you can see it from this pic
Only an impact could have caused it. There was also some Rim damage, you can't see it with the tire on, which means she impacted something hard.
The dealer actually warned me when we bought the car that these particular tires were susceptible to permanent damage if the sidewalls are even slightly damaged, like curbing. They are self sealing tires, they have a layer of sticky substance on the inside that will seal the tire if its punctured. I wanted to change them to something else, but she wanted the same tires that came with the car

Those published deals mean nothing, you can always dramatically beat those on your own. Post their published deal on an S580 and compare it to mine. Look at what I showed you and again, you know I know how to negotiate a lease because you asked me to do it for you . Should I post the email? Or all the other emails where you ran all your offers past me for my thoughts? You know I know what I'm talking about so come off it.

In this case you deserved to be mocked because you're making a ridiculous argument. Its not "a deal someone got here or there" I watch the lease rates of these cars and have negotiated one myself. it took me MONTHS to negotiate the $1,850 deal I have on my S580, an EQS580 I was at $1,000 in about 20 minutes.
rxsf's 'deal' posted was for the bottom of the line eqs450 (not 450+ let alone 580). worked out to $849/mo. and only 7500 mi. per year.
And you can negotiate a better deal for yourself, thats not that great a deal.
so "we" haven't shown jack.
Yeah, I have

Yes, a $125k trim model. If you can't negotiate what I and many others can negotiate thats your problem.
you know I know how to negotiate a lease because you asked me to do it for you. Should I post the email? Or all the other emails where you ran all your offers past me for my thoughts? You know I know what I'm talking about so come off it.
you gave me some brief feedback on my calcs and dealer comments, thank you for that but respectfully it didn't help much.
good for you that you're very confident in your negotiating. we'll just agree to disagree about how 'easy' it is to lease an eqs 580 for $1000/mo. or less.
lots of b.s. and unicorn deals on leasehackr for sure.

We exchanged 36 emails lol, I counted.
I also never said EQS580, I said EQS, that would be you moving the goalposts. My numbers are based on a loaded EQS 450 4 Matic (I said + but I meant 4 Matic):

Yeah it is:
Look at the calculator screen shots I posted. Here it is again with a big red circle around the $125k MSRP, thats the MSRP used in the calculation:
You will pay a lot more than $36k to lease a $125k EQS for 3 years.
you post right after:

I’m not sure what your point is. Where did I say EQS580 in those posts? And yes people were getting them for $650-850 a month but like I said that’s not possible now unless it’s a demo. I said $36,000 a year which is $1,000 a month and I showed you all the numbers that go into that. Accept it, you’re wrong.
Do you not have any family to enjoy on Christmas Eve?

Just give it up already lol
Are they really giving the EQS a 27.2% discount off MSRP? Or did you plug that in?
