MSRP: $56,595
Invoice price: $50,946
Accepted their offer: $50,873 (8.53% discount off MSRP)
Additional incentives: $2500 ($1750 Lexus cash + $750 Lexus loyalty)
Total cost (minus acquisition fees, tax, etc.): $48,373 (13.15% discount off MSRP total)
Here's my current offer:
Factory ordered 2020 450h
Luxury package, nav+levinson sound system, head's up display, running boards, panoramic roof, cold weather package, trailer tow prep, mud guards, door edge film, heated/ventilated seats, blind spot monitor with panoramic view monitor
MSRP: 61,276
I'm being offered 3k off MSRP, so about 4.9% below MSRP. They are offering me $1500 off additional if I pay up front or 0.9% financing - I'd prefer the financing, since that interest rate is so low.

Any advice? Is this a good deal for factory order? The first dealer I discussed with said I'd be paying MSRP for factory order and then when I showed them this offer, they said they'd "match". Trying to convince them to go lower, since if it's only a "match" I'd prefer to go with whoever offered me that first.

How'd you all go about getting a $750 loyalty rebate? Nobody I've talked to has mentioned that once to me.

Thanks!

Default Any advantage to factory orders now?

If I am going to do a factory order, is there any advantage to doing the factory order now (end of the year, December to Remember)?
I know I am not going to get the $1,500 incentive for a factory order going in now.
Is there any reason to believe dealers are more likely to give some discount off the MSRP for an order placed now than they will in January?

Default rx 350 prices delaware

Trading in a 2017 gx..40k miles, they are offering $30,000 for it

Here are two options for 2020 GX 350:

1.MSRP $53,855. Discount of $4,855 off retail if I want to finance at 1.9%

2. MSRP $53,855. Discount of $6,355 (including $1500 incentive) if I finance at 3.9%

Good deal or not? Roughly 9% and 12% off.

Thanks!

Use the link below to see if the lower APR or cash rebate is better deal. If you take the cash rebate I would recommended financing elsewhere with a lower APR. When I looked Bank of America had the lowest rates in California.

just got my 2020 this site was so helpful thanks to all
in northern CA
MSRP $58,115 fully loaded
Discount $6000, dealer offered $5333 off right away
less rebate $1500
so $7500 off or about 13% below MSRP which I am very pleased with I did pay cash not sure if that made any difference
the negation process was a lot easier than expected they definitely want or even need to sell them
but don't wait too long we got white/parchment and several were sold during the process
I won't mention the out the door price as CA taxes just make it worse

Great deal. Cash usually scares away negotiations (finance commission lost) but seeing the trend on the posters, I`d wager you did great

Seems like CA have the best prices before taxes from all the post on here.

I don't think MSRP $58,115 is fully loaded for the 2020 RX 350 though.

Hello, new to the forum. I live in IL and am looking at a 2020 RX 350, MSRP at $56,275. Asked salesperson for bottom line, out the door price, and he stated, "well, there is only a 4-5% markup and we really don't have much room off the sticker, but we would be willing to work with you a little". Is this true or is he trying to pull one over on me? Any suggestions are greatly accepted. Also, willing to go to the St. Louis area if dealerships are better. Thank you in advance

thank you for the advice. Dealership in St. Louis has same car and is offering $3,200 off MSRP, plus the $1500 rebate. Do you think they would be willing to come down further? Planning on calling ahead of time and going direct to dealer. (Same car, same features, different color)

new to this forum. Full of very helpful suggestions. Looking for a reputable dealer near St. Louis. Looking to get a 2020 RX 350. Not sure how to go about getting the best price off of MSRP. Was recently told that Lexus has a 4-5% markup and not much room for negotiations. Any suggestions?

You should be easily able to beat that offer of only 5.6% off without the rebate (8.3% off with rebate). My dealer in Madison, WI beat that in early October when there were not even any cars yet on the lot. My goal now in later December would be 12% off MSRP.
