Default Going to buy first Lexus Monday

This site is a God send! I need help. Ive test driven a RX 350,FWD, MSRP is $51, 075.00. Vehicle base model is $44,150.00. optional equipment is $5,900.00.and Delivery processing of $1,025.00. Im going to lease it.Three years....50,000 miles..... Im going in Monday. I plan on offering $46,075 (10% off MSRP and then take off the 3500 incentive, rebates etc,) for a OTD of $43,575.00.
Im planning to pay the entire lease term in advance...save some money that way.
Can I get comments. We only have one Lexus dealer in town.
On the lease, they have an "aquisition fee" of 795$.....under the Capitalization collumn..... Is that a necessary charge on a lease???

If your leasing find the following information:

1) $3500 rebates? Might want to double check the Lexus cash on leases
2) 10% is solid on a lease, You can try 12% since its FWD model (unless I`m missing something FWD models arent in demand)
3) whats the mF on your lease?

What is the money factor? How much down are you putting? What is the residual.
Post your numbers at https://leasehackr.com/ That is the best site for lease advise.

Don't be afraid to to go out of your area. There are agents who can help you get a good deal if you don't want to or have no knowledge to do the groundwork.

1. I’m discussing paying out the entire lease amount ( 3 years) in one payment on the front end. On the lease worksheet, the mf is listed is .00041 if I pay it off initially. Saves me some overall if I pay entire lease on front end
2.

this is the lease worksheet. They want 795$ for “ acquisition fee.”
3. I haven’t negotiated a sale of the car price yet with them. This is just what he printed out when we talked based on MSRP and 1500 “ discount” and 2000 “ rebate”....I was going to use 20 thousand miles a month, but will ask for 15 thousand miles a month....3 years in the final.
4. Would appreciate more comments

pay it all upfront, total your car, lose all your money

think about it, not worth the risk

Anybody in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area willing to share price information on a 2020 RX 350 (MSRP and any discounts/incentives)? I'll be calling all the dealerships in the area to get quotes starting tomorrow and would like to know if I'm getting some good deals offered.

In negotiating a purchase of the 2020 RX 350 I summarized in the above MSRP, can I get a good example of what some of you folks would negotiate?? IF the salesman asks why I am taking 10% off the MSRP as an offer, what is the best response?? Is it just a good beginning point

because these cars sell at what the market dictate and the market is reasonably set at 10% off. I should be asking for more but that’s my bottom line.

Then walk. They will call you.

The MSRP for RX 350 is 51,250. Im going in and ask to take the 1500 Lexus cash off that....then take 10% off the remaining amount....this is a lease by the way....how does that sound?????

Was quoted 46k+ttl on a 2020 RX350L with 53655 MSRP in December. This quote was without setting foot in the dealership. That's 11.47% off MSRP before the 1500 lexus cash.
A relative of mine bought a 63k MSRP 2020 GX460 for 54000+ttl before lexus cash. That's 14.28% off MSRP

With some additional work in the dealership, and also based on other's experience I think 12-13% off MSRP plus lexus cash or special financing should be the goal right now on the RX's. Different regions and dealers may have different volume based incentives however.
