He never sent me a tracking number but he messaged me with boxes with my name on it and other's orders. I got my tracking through Fedex Delivery Manager. Any packages that are coming my way Fedex notifies me right away with email. UPS has similar service. I believe the shipping does not come from him someone else in China ships them out probably from the factory.

I sent them a message through WhatsApp with order number and got tracking along with picture.

 

I'll give that a try in a couple of weeks I guess and see what I get back from him/them.

 

When I placed my order and actually got it was about 1 month they had a short supply of something. I guess at the time their was an industry shortage of semiconductor.

 

Yeah unfortunately I don't think that has changed at all. I'm guessing it'll be a month or longer before I hear/receive something. Kind of sucks when you drop almost a $1k and you have no idea if/when anything will show up.

 

Yeah I hear that. I’m actually in the process of them trying to figure out why my track pad doesn’t work on the OE side.

 

Keep us posted on that and what/if anything fixes it. I wonder if it's a bad harness. Seems like they have QC issues at this point. (Although most Chinese stuff has no QC)

 

Eric has been consistently replying me back with my questions. This time I lucked out no issue with my unit, although sometime I wish my phone connects to Zlink app faster. It connects right away mostly but sometime it waits for bluetooth and never connect to carplay. I had to go into iOS and connect bluetooth manually.

 

I wonder if there's another app you could load that would work better.......?

 

I don't want to mess around with it. Works 99% of the time and I think the app is buried within Android OS I can't even see apk file. Carplay hardware is also part of the chipset. I used another app Autokit from Carlinkit for 4x4 unit it's even worse I don't want to use that one lots of bugs.

 

What's the best way to get ahold of someone at Lexion?

I purchased the unit that @snardo0615 offered for sale in this thread. But the shipment was missing some of the cables in his photos and he eventually went AWOL. I reached out to Lexion several times by email, eventually got one reply (from Hyojoon Kim) offering to sell me the missing cable I needed, but Lexion stopped responding to my subsequent followup emails.

Ken Lee is the new manager at Lexion that’s the guy that I have been talking too. Also he had surgery a few days ago and said he would be unavailable for a few days.
