This is the Lexion unit? I really want this upgrade despite the configuration issues I'm reading but a physical issue with the display is concerning.

 

I received the same update, unfortunately. Hoping for this Friday as well.

 

Can anyone chime in on this? Im at a loss, Everthing seems to work,EXCEPT that although he bluetooth is recognized by the the android interface, There is no audio. Same with the carplay, It is recognized but there is no audio output. Everything works normally on the OEM Interface.

 

have you tried putting your audio source on aux, while you are using the head unit's carplay?

i have to switch audio when i want to use OEM radio for example

 

What does this go to? I tried aux with no success. This was on the main large of the two harnesses. Where does it go?

 

That's strange, there were no stereo mini plugs on my harness. The unit taps into the AUX line using the smaller connector/pigtail that attaches at the back of the factory head unit (should only be the large main connector back there as well).

Is this a Lexion screen? Or another option from ebay, etc.?

 

Mekedetech is the brand on amazon. I think I may have just thrown money into the ****ter. I’m so frustrated by this. The company missy that this is the correct harness for my car.

Update: for anyone else waiting for their order, I received this photo update from Whatsapp early yesterday morning, the supplier must've finally come through as all these orders are about to be shipped, mine included.

Let me know how your touch pad works with the screen. My cursor still jumps around at random times when using the pad, and Eric told me they wont have a fix until after Covid. Something to do with the need for the engineer to test on a US spec car.

Yup I got the email too, does your tracking have an ETA? Mine is still pending but it's also in transit, not sure how long it'll really be.
