I checked everything is plugged in, I don’t have any extra connectors. All the connectors are piggybacked into OEM connectors. That's odd because it's advertised as the stock system totally working in conjunction with the Android system. I wonder if it's a harness issue or a bug in the system......

It sure is, never made a big deal out of it since customer service is non existent. Oh well hope that doesn’t steer anyone away from this unit as it’s really nice upgrade.
One more thing I just noticed that the temperature is off by 1 degree as someone else mentioned not a big deal as when you change the temperature it only displays it for a few seconds.

Yeah that's not a deal breaker since I tend to look at the console itself as opposed to the screen when I change the temp.

The only one that works with the android system is the Original **** and track pad as well as the **** and track pad setting. I was able to move the cursor slowly on the Navi screen but could not press any buttons as the track pad seem un responsive to the menus. So basically for me it doesn’t work unless I’m missing a setting somewhere.

Scroll back to earlier posts maybe a few pages in there is a way to change cursor movements in Android OS setting. You do need password to get in rcJten had similar cursor problem.

Here lies the issue, the track speed on the android unit is perfect. If I make it faster it will be normal on the OE system. You would have to find the perfect speed that works on Botha systems. As of right now the cursor speed is good on the android side which is what I sue 100% of the time.
So you ordered yours also? Wait time for them to ship is pretty long, exactly 3 weeks from the day I ordered but once they shipped it arrives to US very quickly, they used either Fedex priority international or UPS Express.

I did order it but I figured it was going to be that kind of time because I read in another thread that they took 10-14 days to get the invoice from PayPal so nothing happened until they received that.
Mine just arrived I’ll install it sometime today. Already found a bit of hiccup. The box has a name written it’s not me and I was afraid he sent me wrong unit. I checked harness and screen looks to be for my car but name on the box was different. Ship to Name was correct though. We will see…

Wow let's just hope it was a mistake in the name on the box. Let me know how it goes for you once you get it installed and if everything works/doesn't work. Fingers crossed it'll go smoothly and work perfectly!!

My curse with Android unit continues. Joystick does not work in Android menu, it works fine in OEM. I cannot even hold down menu to go to Android system I had to reboot my car to get back to Android. I don't even see cursor but OEM still works. Looks like I'm stuck.

Success!!! Everything works now!! Joystick works both Lexus and Android. Backup camera works, had to change setting in advanced menu and Front camera works with beatsonic switch. This thing is so much better to use everything was fast. I even like how when I press radio button it goes to oem radio right away and I press Media button it goes back to CarPlay. Selecting input to AV basically switch the screen back to Android/CarPlay. There are lots of settings I need to mess around. Overall very happy. Man, I thought I was going to have to return this thing. Joystick works so well in CarPlay too.
I've had mine installed about a month and a half now. it is AWESOME. I used Barry Huang videos and Beatsonic videos. Ron and Eric (from Lexion) helped me out a lot with install, but overall it wasn't bad at all. Some of it was dumb questions on my part. Apple carplay works great, sound quality is about the same as factory. Two issues which are really minor. The lexion doesn't integrate well with the factory mic, but you can still be connected to the factory system via bluetooth. Two, there is a slight delay of data being sent from the phone to the unit, which can get confusing if you have a bunch of turns in a row using google maps/waze. Otherwise its perfect. The carplay connects wirelessly as soon as i enter the car, which is awesome.
