Saw a refresh X7 today, I was surprised that I actually thought it looked GREAT in person...makes me wonder what I will think of the new 7 Series
I saw one quickly on the road the other evening, and did not love it. BMW striving to be Nissan. I just ordered the new X1 and I am really glad they did not adopt this look - if they did, I probably would have gone with something else.
Saw a mint condition 1973 Toyota Celica tonight. Original owner still has it, engine and engine mechanicals are all original. Starter, alternator, and rad are all original. . Only hoses were changed. Owner said that the vehicle did have a recall when new in 1974 and was covered under warranty. Some suspension parts are very hard to source. Shocks are apparently from a Supra. 66,000 miles
longitudinally mounted engine and rear wheel drive
Awesome!

What it an M sport or a regular trim like this one? The M Sports are really over the top but I'm surprised that I liked it in person, I haven't liked it in pictures.

Congrats on the X1 order. Before we got our X3 we had an X1 and I was a great CUV. That look is looking better and better to me as BMW adopts their new look.

I do still like the pre-refresh one better.
It passed me too quickly; I couldn't tell. Some BMWs I like the M-Sport trim; some not so much. I'll have to look at the BMW website for pix of this one.

Thx. Supposed to be October delivery. The pix look great - an incredible upgrade over the F48 2nd Gen X1 inside and out.

Ours was a 2017, and they corrected some of the shortcomings over the next couple of model years. Infotainment and seats were the big improvements that I noticed. What color did you order?

So yesterday while waiting in a fast food lane we saw an LX F sports in Ultra White (?) I checked and test drove the same one before but wasn't impressed. I always thought the Escalade front gave a much better presence. Yesterday was quite different. It was coming to us and for a moment, I thought it looked darn good compared to an Escalade just passed. But then when it circled around, the tail woke me up. My wife, a non car person, said, "it looks too much like a Mitsubishi." Lol. I think she got it right.

I haven't seen one and I already like it. It's the single curved screen and 48V are what bother me. Exterior looks fine to me.
I was touring a new listing a friend of mine was putting on yesterday and another guy we know pulled up in a 2000 Audi S8, he loves old Audis and Porsches. It was STUNNING...
Agreed that car is stunning. That was back when sedans still looked like sedans, and not 4-door hump-backed-whale coupes. In those days, Audi also had what was arguably the sharpest fit/finish and interiors in the industry.
I once (briefly) had an '01 S8 (IIRC, that was the first year the model was offered, at least in the U.S.). It's the only vehicle ever owned that would literally break while parked in the garage.
