^From that video, 0-60 for the 2.5T is a couple hundredths of a second faster than the outgoing 3.8 V6, and gives up to 35 mpg on the highway. Other than having a naturally aspirated V6, the new 4-cylinder is an improvement in every aspect. Can't get into the G70 soon enough, because the current 2.0T is dated and embarrassingly underpowered.
Makes the gv80 with 2.5T seem more appealing now and the 3.5T only interesting if go fast is a big thing.
The 6 cylinder prices definitely make a very big jump to some rarified air for the brand. We'll see how much of a mix the bigger engine does this go around.

The top-trim 3.5T Prestige does come with more features than the 2.5T Prestige. Nappa leather, 20-inch wheels, microfiber headliner, and most importantly the 12-inch LCD gauge cluster. The 2.5T Prestige and 3.5T Standard are roughly the same price, both $5k above the 2.5T Advanced- so you can decide whether $5k is worth it for the extra electronic toys or the more powerful engine. Both upgrade you to real leather at least.
The real question is if you're willing to pony up the $70k for the 3.5T Prestige, what's to stop you from also considering the G90 that only costs $2k more? It is an older car with less tech, but it's still a class above the G80.

There may be some that could/would float up to a G90, but that type of overlap/closeness in pricing exists everywhere in the industry. There are many more I would imagine that wouldn't go up to a G90 size sedan no matter what if they're shopping/intent on the G80 size segment.

The difference is that unlike the rest, the G90 comes fully loaded. Paying more only gets you a bigger engine and more rear seat toys.
Might be a moot point because I doubt the dealer lots will have nearly as many G90s as they will G80s to sell (which will all be overshadowed by acres of GV80s).
There's no break in the window for the door. It's one sheet of glass front to back. So is this just a 4 door model photoshopped to a two door or is this an actual 2 door? Wheels look fake as well. So I'm going to question everything.
The missing B-pillar and lack of any split between the side windows looks super fake, but things like the rear spoiler look real and aren't on any Genesis model currently. 50/50.
Agree that it seems photoshopped. People mentioned lack of glass seams, glass outline/ DLO trim also doesn't appear to be the same shape on the two different sides of the car. They masked all that but forgot to mask the center caps on the wheels? Wheels also look like gloss black variant of the outgoing G80 sedan wheels.
