The value of that 13 year old Porsche was around $10k, max. He also got a HUGE upgrade in tech,

What's that giant thing behind the fuel tank? I thought gasoline meant you didn't have to rely on electricity.

Very few manufacturers have shifters like this anymore.

Its a physical control and they use the same control on their new ICE vehicles also.

yes, you've stated this dozens of times.
Then stop arguing with me about it lol

good for you. i suspect the next bmw i7 will be more like ix3 than the current frankenstein monstrosity.
The iX3 is an example of an EV that looks and feels largely like a traditional vehicle. Refresh 7 will get the same interior layout yes. With a physical shifter.

Then you've proved my point there is no need for complicated, giant mechanisms unless you're trying to appease old drivers that can't let go.

I'm starting to be convinced there is a whole lot of trollin going on here in the EV subforum. ICE owners who claim they want an EV, but they want it to be exactly like an ICE vehicle, although it's never going to be like an ICE vehicle because get this...it doesn't have an engine or transmission. They don't care about instant torque, they don't care if it's fast. They don't care if the software is bad or crashes as long as it drives, shifts and acts exactly like their ICE vehicle. And if it adopts anything from Tesla...BAD. They claim they want a Stallion, but they want it to act like a mule. LOL I don't know what to make of this. Someone convince me otherwise

I think they're only fueling commercial fleet vehicles-No personal vehicles.

Why is that service needed? Going to a gas station is easy and fast.

No of course not, all EV chargers secretly have a diesel generator out back.

Impossible, I've been told gas stations are paradise and plugging in a cable is some type of hell.
