I'm kidding, of course. I don't know your financial or tax situation, so nothing I suggest may even apply to you.

But a new Model Y would be nice. Especially in all black. Elon needs your support.

Due to a proposition enacted back in the 70's, property tax is based on 1 percent of the sale price, but does go up through special assessments, but not by much. If I bought my house today, it would be more than double the property taxes, which is why I give my wife mean looks when she mentions selling and buying another house.

Also did I mention that my mortgage interest rate is 2.77 percent?

That's insane. We would be tar and feathering people if they tried to do that here in SC.

I know a couple guys that live in Union and Passaic counties (North Jersey). Their property/school taxes are insane!

I'm at $21K in NJ. School district is great, roads are well kept, and social net is pretty decent. Would I like it to be lower? Sure, but the value provided is good enough

My coworkers in our Texas office have higher property taxes percentage wise than I do. No income taxes, but the state makes up for it with higher property taxes. Of course overall cost of living is probably half of California. That said, I wouldn't live in Texas, although love the people

Client has had one Escalade after another. Noticed this one looked a bit different.

Haven't seen many pics of these that do them justice compared to how they look in person, especially when they're in motion. Best looking Escalade ever in my opinion. I think these are gorgeous. I really like the silver color.

Same, I think they look great! They’re just so damn big. I
like the similar looks in the Vistiq in a much better size factor, but it lacks the super high end interior.

the escalade iq is 9134lbs. Motor trend said it’s the heaviest ehicle they’ve ever reviewed.
the battery is 200kwh - that’s a LOT of juice needed to recharge at home or on the road.
and as you say the car is massive. a length of 224.3 inches, a width of 82.4 inches (without mirrors), a height of 76.1 inches, and a wheelbase of 136.2 inches. It is longer and wider than the standard Escalade, with an additional 12.4 inches in length and 4.2 inches in width.

I watched Sofyan's review of the Sierra EV yesterday and he said it took him 40 minutes to go 10-80 on the same sized battery back. You can get 100 miles of range in about 10 minutes though
