If the place you're going to is 300 miles away, you wouldn't have to stop at all

after a couple of hundred miles, i’m ready for a stop.
but yeah with a longer range ev you can choose not to eecharge on the way, vs. have to.
but stopping to charge for 10-15 mins and take a bio break is no biggie to me.

Looks like there is a refresh coming out as a 26, with a bigger battery and a longer wheelbase, maybe just in between?

found this! suweet...
https://www.genesis.com/uk/en/models/electrified-g80/
i'm guessing genesis just hasn't updated the u.s. website yet (weak).
and the new electric gv70 specs are on the u.s. and uk sites too:
https://www.genesis.com/us/en/electrified-gv70
and importantly gv70 for 2026 now has a bigger 84KwH battery for better (but still not amazing) range.
on uk site it says 298mi. for gv70 ev, although in their 'calculator' it says max is 284, but for u.s. it says 263mi.
uk site says 94.5kWh battery now for new g80 ev and a range of 354 mi.!

I hope we get it. That’s seriously a car I would consider. I’d save a lot and still have a high quality car I enjoy.

Yeah that’s what I had read too. And the LWB makes that a really elegant car.
