Yeah plus no heat pump in the US so winter range takes an additional hit

Half of that is the federal tax credit.

True, but even a $7500 discount at this point with it being brand new should be considered troubling.

So with a little sleuthing, that ID.Buzz is shown on the dealer website as "in transit" and my guess is that the cars.com pricing isn't actually available. My guess is that cars.com is aggregating multiple incentives that probably don't actually stack (i.e. the VW lease credit is the alternative to the point of sale federal tax credit, and you would not get both).

Both show the same VIN and stock number.

I agree, it would be, but after a little digging around I'm not sure the cars.com numbers are legit (see other post - I think this might be a cars.com error)

Even if here for testing etc, it's not allowed on the road without either a dealer, manufacturer or temporary owner plate...

probably a jounalist who was given a press car for the Chinese to see American reactions.
Doug Demuro recently did a review of a Xiaomi EV
But are we sure this isn't a next gen Porsche Macan in testing?

So a manufacturer plate. The question now is: Them or a competitor?
