Got a Setrab 19 row cooler for the tranny oil since I’ll be installing a KOYO radiator. Modified the factory bracket and the Setrab brackets so I could mount the cooler the same way the factory cooler was.

@JT2MA71 I tried to install the VLEDS 921 reverse lights this evening, but they do not fit in the socket correctly even with no gasket. The 3x, 120°-apart screws are ~3-4mm too close to the base, and should be closer to the bulb to fit correctly. Did you have any issues with fitment? My bulb SKU is "V6_BULB_921_SE_W_6K", did you get same?

Yes, the same, but with the addition of " V6_BASE_921" 921 194 BASE ADAPTER. Although I don't remember if I used the adapters. I think they are basically spacers. If you’ve tried both the thick and thin gaskets, then I think I used the spacers/adapters.
edit: I re-read your issue, it sounds like using the spacers would make it worse. I’d give VLeds a call to make sure you got the right bulbs.

Chalk up another one that appreciates the posts about the nuts & bolts as well. Those caliper bolts look killer - gamechanger.

Setup looks awesome !!! Did you drop it in yet..??

My OEM foam is starting to fall apart a 2nd time.. The one you’re using looks way more durable.!!

Here is an OEM fan bolt upgrade I did 6 years ago.. recommend.

New Screws (same?) plus locktite..

I took it up a few notches..!!

Replaced mine with stainless steel bolts & added nylon locking nuts to the back side for extra security..

not yet, I’m waiting for a new serpentine belt, idler pulley, tensioner, and thermostat. I was looking at the fan bolts on mine and they look like they have loctite. The exposed threads are red.

Ok cool.. I just looked up the LSC and it was for 2008-2012 IS F / likely later production models like 13-14 have factory loctite on the screws.

Might be worth a Ti bolt upgrade
