Just curious - why did you choose yellow over Lexus racing orange?

Honestly, I was deciding between red, orange, and orange yellow. I wanted something closer to the ohlins springs shade of yellow but couldn't find it. I figured the yellow calipers would look good behind the bronze wheels and rest of the yellow accents are just to match the calipers.

I’m glad you choose yellow, because orange was my plan lol. My brakes look terrible. Clear coat almost looks like it’s falling off. They are very hazy. Idk what the deal is with them.

I'm in the same boat as you... I'm torn between blue, yellow or orange at the moment. My calipers clear coat looks like its bubbling or flaking off in some spots.

Its basically clear coat failure… If they take a hit or a chip, or too much chemical cleaning.. Or other natural elements..

The clear coat falls apart…

Fortunately mine still clean up well with 180k miles..
No issues, any chips I found were touched up with Black Nail Polish.

Pics deleted, you can see them above. The reason your brakes look the way they do is because they've never been truly hot. Once they get hot the clear coat chips off mercilessly and the silver LEXUS turns gold. AMHIK.

Straight Pine-sol in a spray bottle to clean and then some quick detailer…

I ceramic coated my calipers and the brake rotor hats so they’re so much easier to clean.

It’s honestly almost annoying how much attention to detail you have, including ceramic coating your brakes. Every day I look at my car, I’ll see dirty brakes without ceramic coatings now.

I kick myself for not buying Figs brakes when they were on sale. Those look really good.

Truly an amazing build, awe-inspiring, I wish I had the talent to do half the things that you are doing

Quick question:
I have a ’14 and want to upgrade my fog lights, on the Diode Dynamics SS3 Max yellow fog lights
Which model did you go with, Stage Series 3" SAE/DOT Type B?
Was it a straightforward install or did you have to modify the housing and plugs?

Thank you for sharing your build, again truly amazing
