May I ask what the process was to paint the outline of the F emblem yellow and what material you used? This looks amazing!

Thanks! I didn't paint them, I used vinyl pin stripe. some heat using a heat gun (or maybe hair dryer?), and you can make the vinyl wrap around and stick on the sharp corners. HTH

Hey there - I saw that you used to run Novel headers + stock mid-pipe + HKS SSM. A few questions if you don't mind....

1) Saw that you can't stand the smell of exhaust fumes, nor can I. Was wondering if the stock mid-pipe cats by themselves fully eliminate the exhaust smell?
2) Did you have any cel issues running this combo?
3) do you remember if there's any interior drone with the stock mid-pipe? Based on my research it sounds like there isn't.
4) anything else I need to know if I run this item combo?

Thanks for the help!

1) I would not say the exhaust smell/fume is fully eliminated, but it’s a huge difference. There’s still some exhaust smell but only when stopped and in a somewhat enclosed spot like a garage. It’s definitely much better than not having any cats at all where the smell will stick to your clothing.
2) Yes, you will get P0430 and 420 without the primary cats. A tune will take care of that.
3) nothing negative

Not to thread jack or anything, but I recently had this convo with another F owner. When I got headers done on my car, the smell of exhaust fumes was almost unbearable. I ended up getting high flow cats installed, which helped a little bit, but the ultimate issue that was causing the fumes to enter the cabin was my old deteriorated vent flaps in trunk. Once I replaced those, it was a night and day difference in exahust fumes.

Custom one piece carbon fiber driveshaft. I wanted one that retains the rubber couplers!

Cool, that is the thinking behind your decision.
