2020 RX prices
I am picking up my 450 Rx tomorrow (custom ordered 4 months back). MSRP $59,910. Total discounts 10.5% bringing Adjusted price to $53,618. Tabs, taxes, plate fee, gives an Out the door price of $58,025.17. Moonbeam Beige - parchment. BP, CK, GF, LL, NW, PB, SR. Post production options BM, GN, KG, MF, WL. We have a 2017 350 Rx. This one replaces a 2014 Acura MDX AWD Advance. The lane keeping assist has improved in Lexus compared to the Acura LKAS. Will post photos tomorrow. But with snow cover in MN, not sure how the photo of the color will show up.
Looking to buy a 2020 RX350 F Sport/FSport performance (debating if the extra money is worth it). I see some older posts of 10-13% off MSRP being listed as good deals. Is this what I should be aiming for? I'm seeing offers begin at 10% off including $1500 lexus cash.
Last Oct., I was looking at 56-57k 2019 RX450h, and the dealer offered a net price including the cash rebate for $49,900 + TT&L, so roughly 10% without the 1.5k rebate.
This was all through one email exchange.

I am also facing the same situation.
I've been trying to get a RX450h luxury pkg but there are not that many and they are selling very quick.
The dealers are not willing to go down much as they know somebody will come and pay more for them.
Search is still on !
Thank You.

There is no competing buyer when one makes a custom order. So it is always easy to get a better discount particularly for 450 models where the inventory is low. I could not even find a showroom model of 450 when I ordered it.
What are the various sale events? Seems like there's always one in March/April, then August and the D2R in November/December. We're looking to buy 2020 RX350. Deals right now aren't really that great. Thanks.
nevermind. according to the sales department (take with grain of salt), they're not using those names for sale periods anymore. he did say there will be some great discounts in March. whatever, I guess.

If you need an RX custom ordered, I`d say get the order in for a delivery slot near the end of march...
If you want to negotiate an instock unit, start asking march 1st to take delivery by the 31st.
Once april hits, your outta luck till July.

I'm taking delivery of an RX450h later this week, pretty much the exact same deal. $56,630 MSRP, bought it for $49,467 with rebate + tax, fees. Of course there are better deals out there if you want to work it much harder, but I'm very satisfied with this given there is very low inventory locally.

Hello! Does anyone have any experiences dealing with the dealership in Utah? There is only two in the Salt Lake area and they are owned. by the same person. I am totally willing to go out of state to get the car I want at a good price but, I would love to get a good price without having to do that. Thanks!

1) Narrow down what you want in terms of specs that you hold dear, and match it up to what they have in stock
2) Reach out to them via an email, and see what they can offer
3) The going rate is about 15% if purchasing using NON-LFS loans or cash. If they get close enough, then go from there.
4) If your not interested in doing any of this, I`d hire a broker. If you dont take the idea of a broker, then I`d wager getting as close to that 15% and enjoying ur new vehicle
Good Luck!
Hi guys-first post, newbie here. I am currently perplexed with my local Lexus dealership and seeking advice. Raising our family, we mostly drove Toyotas/Fords/Hondas but now that we are empty nesters, we've decided to treat ourselves with a new Lexus RX. We visited our local Lexus dealership over the weekend, had a nice chat and test drive with a saleswoman, spoke with her manager, again, pleasant. They didn't have the colors with the options we wanted so they began looking around online checking out other dealerships. They found one but acted like it would be such a hassle to get it for me. It was getting late and so we ended things by them confirming my phone numbers and saying they'd get back in touch with me. I'd told them we would not be trading the 4Runner we were in, so no trade in. I didn't tell them this, but we will be paying cash, so we won't need any financing either. So now here we are, tomorrow is Thursday and neither of them have called me. I did receive a boilerplate text from what I assume is one of the sales managers asking if I "received all the information you requested." I texted him back with questions and never received an answer.
I really want this RX and am literally standing here with money in my hand and I feel like they don't want my business! Honestly, our visit at the dealership was fine, nothing happened to cause them to think we weren't serious, so I'm not sure what to think. Every other car we have purchased over the years, the salespeople have always gone above and beyond to make the sale. I just am at a total loss!
So my question(s) to you guys that are experienced in dealing with Lexus: 1) Should I call them and reaffirm my interest in purchasing the RX? I mean, this seems to me I'd be giving up ground on price negotiations as I'd be expressing my great desire for the car-something I was always taught not to do. 2) Is it really that big a deal for a dealership to get another RX from a Lexus dealer that happens to have exactly what you are wanting to buy, even if it's a good distance from their location? 3) Should I just go to another Lexus dealership (about 100 miles to the next closest one) and buy it there even though I'd have to use the service department at my local dealership. Would that cause me undue problems? 4) I'm in love with the RX, no doubt, but for those of you that have them, are they really worth all this unnecessary trouble I'm going through to get one?
Thanks in advance for any helpful comments and advice. I hope I'm an RX owner soon so I can join in the conversations here!
