If your happy with the price, and you have done your due diligence in finding the best price...congrats on the new RXL.
I assume you have shopped at least a couple dealers with similar specs, for their best price out the door to reflect the dealer discount after any bogus fees?

Anyone get any good deals recently? I'm in SoCal and dealers are only giving me 11% off MSRP including $1,500 lease cash. Seems discounts have gotten worse. I would've expected them to get better considering auto sales fell off a cliff.

I got 13.63% off MSRP on 4/30, inclusive of doc fees plus $2K Lexus Cash and excluding title/tags and tax. This post has the details: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/rx-...l#post10793891. It was a cash deal, not a loan or lease.

I would wait until June 1 to see what the new offers from Lexus are.
I’m negotiating on a 450H in socal with an MSRP of $56.9k. Best offer has been 10% of MSRP + $2k Lexus cash. They are saying you can’t have both the $2k Lexus cash and the 0.9% APR. does that sound right? Should I be able to do a better discount off of MSRP in this area?

Yes, Lexus Cash and subsidized financing are mutually exclusive. In the Ohio Valley Lexus is offering 0.0% on '20 RX450h models since May 1. The $2K Lexus Cash is the same. I guess the finance offers could be different in SoCal.
$56.9 - 10% ($5.690) = $51,210 - $2,000 Lexus Cash = $49,210 net. That's 13.51% off MSRP. You'd have to add in any doc or other dealer fees to get the final discount. That's competitive with what I found at the end of April, having shopped my business to 6 dealers in 3 states.

Just confirmed the offer is 0.0% - thank you. Think I’ll take the Lexus cash and just plan to pay off early. Luckily no strange fees being added in, and out the door price was $54.0k.

The current incentives package on the RX lineup is not worth it over zero percent.
You will overpay anyway you slice it, as even if you pay off early, (from my rudimentary understanding, your monthly will go more towards the interest on the loan rather then the principal)
Better off negotiating the best dealer discount you can get (after all bogus taxable fees and accessories).

Right, most auto loans are front loaded, so you pay mostly interest in the early yrs of the loan.
