I just messaged him on the temp thing as well and he said he had spoke with you s3v3n and that he added me to the list of letting us know what the fix is once he gets it.
Yeah I don’t know if he will actually get back to us. But it seems like he’s coming around a bit with actual customer support at least replying back to messages.

No I don't want to scare him out of chat. I just gave him advise that for future orders, at least include paper instructions and stop saying he's in surgery coz that's old news (no pun intended). Also told him to respect someone's time and then gave him the whole nine yards of fatherly advise LOL.

Matt, thanks for providing this information. Have you found the system responds any quicker if you use the USB plug for CarPlay? Just curious on that part. (My preference is the wireless connection.) Does the trackpad work fine when you're in the Android/CarPlay side? You may have said that already and I just ran by it. If you did, sorry for asking a question you already answered .
Sorry for the late reply, I don't hop on here often. I haven't used wired connection before, but wireless usually connects within 15 seconds. Once in a while it gets stuck and I need to go into my iphone settings to manually connect.

No worries. I purchased and installed the system already. The benefits outweigh the few minor issues at this point. It's light years better than the Seicane system I had purchased prior (and returned).
