Yes he did l, yesterday so that’s good. I guess we will see if and when I get the new harness and if it will work.

That's good to hear. I hope it fixes your issue/s. It's not actually calibrating the temp. It gets back off like dojoman said.

Consider yourself lucky if you actually get it. He ghosted a bunch of us with issues that he needs to resolve, and refuses to.

I was chatting with him in WhatsApp the whole morning (PST) and just waiting on the answer for the Temperature display not sync. He said he will be reaching out to the tech.

Oh that would be cool if they get you a fix for it and you can share it with us. (Did you happen to mention that everyone is basically having that same issue?)

I just messaged him on the temp thing as well and he said he had spoke with you s3v3n and that he added me to the list of letting us know what the fix is once he gets it.

Yeah I don’t know if he will actually get back to us. But it seems like he’s coming around a bit with actual customer support at least replying back to messages.

No I don't want to scare him out of chat. I just gave him advise that for future orders, at least include paper instructions and stop saying he's in surgery coz that's old news (no pun intended). Also told him to respect someone's time and then gave him the whole nine yards of fatherly advise LOL.

Rest assured that every information from him will be shared here.

Sorry for the late reply, I don't hop on here often. I haven't used wired connection before, but wireless usually connects within 15 seconds. Once in a while it gets stuck and I need to go into my iphone settings to manually connect.

No worries. I purchased and installed the system already. The benefits outweigh the few minor issues at this point. It's light years better than the Seicane system I had purchased prior (and returned).
