I am the device producer. If need help, please email to sale02@binarytek.cn, or sent email to Lexion
Well, just so you are aware, Lexion who is the vendor of your product, takes money from people and promises a working product. Once the unit is delivered, he no longer will answer your emails or WhatsApp messages. There are over a dozen on this forum who have had issues with Lexion and whomever is running their customer service.
I received a defective unit, and received no support from Lexion. Now I have an expensive paperweight they sits in my garage. Lexion is a scammy vendor, you might want to find another channel of distribution.
Just sharing what I did on my RCF, I’m not sure if the RC has the same instrument cluster hood, but if it does, then this gives clear view of the larger screen (lower left was obstructed by the instrument panel hood). Also, I'm not sure if someone has already done the same. I installed an instrument panel hood assembly from the RCF track edition or Fuji edition, since I wanted red to match the interior. The round notch had to be enlarged a little to make it work.

Is that a wrap cover on your steering wheel or an aftermarket wheel?

Lexion is sending me a new device and harness. Hopefully this fixes my issue of track pad not working on OE screen. Honestly I never use the OE screen but it would be nice to know that it will work if I want to use it.
Reyn, from sales dept. really came through and helped me out.

Must be nice. They left me hanging. Lexion is a freaking garbage company.

Well I had given up, then they messaged me through clublexus forums and I sent them a short video clip of my issue and they replied back to me. I guess I’m just lucky.

Thank you JT2MA71 for the gauge hood idea! I bought a hood from a 2018 IS off eBay for $75. Bought a pneumatic staple gun and staples off Amazon for $50. Not bad for $125! I also upgraded my start button and installed new gauge cluster plastic while I was in there 😁

Gauge hood is only for RC right I wouldn’t think it will fit IS?

IS and RC both share the same part number for the gauge hood. Another option, if you don’t want to modify the 18+ gauge hood, is to install a 18+ dash trim piece ($85 new) that runs behind the screen.

Do you happen to have part number of this hood you purchased from eBay?
There's a number of different part numbers for these, depending on the color. I specifically got 5540353050C0. I had to dye the stitching red to match. If I were buying new, I would have gone with 5540353070C0, which is black and rose leather with red stitching.
