A 4cyl 330i is better in every way over this IS350.
Wasting the V6tt with 10speed auto is idiotic, not to mention they still don’t have a decent 4cyl turbo engine. They should have just killed the IS like they done with GS....go back to drawing board and introduce a worthy competitor at least on G70 level.
2020 IS350 F Sport's are being liquidated now, people on leasebacks reporting mid 300's to lease which is a bargain even for this car. If these 2021 doesn't sell, they maybe forced to do the same.

I like it, well nanut been posting so much of it that it has grown on me. Too bad the ancient engine lives on. I am sure there will be salespeople telling the uninformed that its the new Gen lol. This car could have passed for the new Gen with the exterior updates, it's only the interior that is lacking in a few places as well as the old drivetrains.

To my eye, that is the worst styling feature of the 2021. Not a look I'd want to see any brand adopt. Some angles however aren't as bad as others. And of course certain colors will hide it better than others.
Very subjective, but I would have liked to see them to develop the 7ES butt across their new range.
The polygonal exhausts look so much more modern, but then some like the traditional circular exhaust tips.

The whole rear is poorly executed - bangle butt, black plastic diffuser and Avalon tailight.
The front and side look OK but overall im not impressed. The interior is even worse as its same exact design besides some very small updates. I rather they kept the GS and refreshed it again since it had a decent interior at least.

I wish Lexus kept the GS, refreshed the exterior/chassis similar to the 2021 IS and added Android Auto/Carplay/touchscreen to the GS. The exterior styling of the IS with the GS interior space/quality would have been a winning combination.
