Yeah, you would need to go up in EV bike class in order to register one. My neighbor has one, I think it's made by Zero.
Yeah, you need something with a vin, the bike I posted has none. It's great for doing practice drill on a parking lot, but if the cops come they may confiscate it for not being registered.
Actual electric bikes such as Zero are absolutely lame - not enough range, and non sensations. However electric dirt bikes are awesome - ton of torque, no clutch, and handlebar mounted rear brake lever. But they also suffer from lack of range, only having about 1.5 hour of going all out, and we usually hit the trails for the whole day, sometimes go on multi day trips.
When Teslas started appearing around me, I only liked the S. I didn’t find many of them to be good looking cars. I remember parking next to them and see all the misaligned doors and gaps and wondered why people bought them. This is back when bros on reddit and gizmodo loved everything about E and T. Now I get it. It’s very good for its given purpose.
My daughter and wife rode in a Tesla M3 for their Uber ride and both felt sick from the braking. Now they both kinda hate it. I know, weird.
One thing I noticed as for as the news though. When there is a car accident that doesn’t involve a Tesla, it’s just a black car or an SUV. When it is, the Tesla name is brought up in almost every sentence.

Tesla's are basically appliances, but appliances that drive amazingly well, are fast, handle well and are super efficient. They don't need much maint, they are always being updated so they get better and better over time. The panel gap issue really had nothing to do with reliability, it was something Tesla had to work through, and now it's mostly solved. That's the reason we love them.
There are some hilarious Telsa groups on FB. Some
are funny on purpose and some are funny for some of the most ridiculous things you could read.
There is group called “why are tesla owners so confused about tires” or something like that. And it’s filled with some insane posts and questions about wheels and tires.
Premium electricity is one of the craziest things I have ever seen lol
Virtually all electric vehicles have a regenerative braking system.
not virtually. ALL do. if i'm wrong, name one that doesn't. maybe a golf cart lol.
Perhaps the best answer to your problem is to simply not drive in a manner where you need to do a lot of heavy braking.
that sounds very judgmental and preachy about hameed's driving (he's an excellent driver).

I’m a fan of the Mercedes myself, especially the solid suspension, but even I have a hard time going back to standard brakes after getting used to the Tesla's regen system.
exactly... i hate driving gas cars now. besides the uneven response, the noise, and being dumber than rocks, they're great.
if i had to go back to one, and that's not impossible, i'd get used to it though.
