Be interesting to see how it all plays out. I don't have a problem with the first-time EV buyer requirement, it's specifically intended to grow EV adoption and incentivize an EV purchase instead of ICE. Anything that helps in that regard is alright by me.

Tesla I can't speak to, but BMW has a $7,500 rebate on their EVs, thats still very common. Tesla prices things dynamically and it changes all the time.
