Im seeing alot of Fisker Oceans with TLC plates. Color me shocked that they are put into such a demanding role with zero mfg support.
A leasing company bought out all of their available stock and is using them as fleet vehicles. They got them for ~14K a pop and are leasing them out for 300 a month to uber and Lyft drivers. Half of the stock is being used as the fleet and other half is being kept around for spares
Had my first issue on the MSP. Very little air flow coming out of the vents. They checked it remotely and had me test a few things. Turned out the big HEPA filter in the frunk was clogged. Plenty of air flow on recirculate, almost none when set to fresh air. Came out and fixed it at my home. A little less than $150. Very good experience. Going to do the air cabin filter myself later today.
I haven't seen a Fisker in the Bay area for awhile, I imagine I'll see them when I go to SoCal next month.

Chase and Rivian were offering big incentives when the bankruptcy was first announced. Chase was the bank behind Fisker's finance arm and is who you go through if you finance through Rivian as well.
in ev news i saw a vw buzz on the road today. looked much more underwhelming than what i thought it would look like.
Saw one so far out in the wild at a local Bucees, owned by an elderly couple. Really friendly, mentioned they had a VW van way back when, and when they saw it at their only local small town VW dealer now, it was a pure nostalgia buy.
I did see the markups previously, but havent followed the market on them.
nice but note it says 50A so it should never be used at a supercharger!
Haha of course. This is 1000 percent for home use. It wouldn't work at a supercharger, as it would detect a cable problem. Tesla supercharger cables are liquid cooled (EA same)
