That's my exact config I was between this Forest Green or the Rivian Blue and had to go with the green.
Nice. I don't DISLIKE the green, but I've seen colors that pop out more that look just fantastic... and I'm not even that guy who wants a grabby color. All our cars are silver or black. Rivians just pop out. The lighting is really good on them too.
Seeing plenty of reports of 10K/15K and even up to 20K additional dealer markup on the ID.Buzz.
As much as I really like these and may very well get one, it's not the best value at MSRP, and there's no way I'd entertain 10K to 20K above MSRP...
Give it 6-8 months and I wouldn't be surprised to see discounts on them. They're already sitting unsold on lots with the premiums and the market for a vehicle like this are pretty small

Every time I see the Rivian Blue or Red I think 'maybe I should've gone that direction' but the dark green with slight gold in the sun just does it for me. I almost got the Launch Green which is more of an khaki green but thought it worked better on the R1T vs the R1S
If you didn't think the Gravity looked like a minivan before, watch the cargo overview that OOS does. Just at 2x because they still talk way too much (start around 17 min 15 sec in)
Just giving an update - 2022 Polestar2 was returned today; picked up 2024 Ioniq 5 SEL (RWD) yesterday. Thanks to Amirza, Bit and Dave for sharing your experience about this car. In the end the primary driver selected this over the MY. One thing for sure, never going back to ICE.
This may be the reason green isn't my favorite. The memories of this nightmare of a car... It was a cool first car, tons of features. But it was in the shop literally every 2 weeks.
It certainly is!! The engine was a hoot, the rest of the car a rolling junk pile just about literally.
Automatic transmission was a nightmare.
It was a cool first car, I was 16 in 1998 and it was a '93. Got it for $7,000, 83k miles.
Way, way better than my first car, which was a beat up 75 VW Rabbit, had a ton of problems including oil leaks, a leaking cylinder ring, over heating and best of all, a broken brake pedal spring making it truly a manual brake
