New quads are going to have a new teal badging including a spelled out QUAD one on the back. The tri-motor which is shipping now will maintain the yellow badging as speed is about the same as the old quad
Yesterday my Model Y was updated to the latest FSD, and man is there a noticeable improvement. Not only was it driving more naturally, but not once in several drives did it nag me to touch the steering wheel. They also added a new setting, Automatic set speed offset:
Basically what it does is set speeds based on traffic flow, as well as road conditions. And it does it in a more natural way, like a person would.
Didn't get a chance to use Summons yet. I tried it at my brother in laws house, but it doesn't work on public roads, so I'll try it next time I'm in a parking lot
I also set the auto set speed offset to on this morning. I used it a little today and it’s really good. Still a little too “new driver” driving for me since the way it stops at certain lights to turn on red or stops signs would be annoying to someone behind me but no one was behind me this morning so no big deal. Still very impressive.

It does work pretty good, but still sometimes does strange things. I was on the freeway in stop and go traffic, and it stopped in a lane that merges, I had to intervene and hit the throttle to force my way in. Minor issues like this need to be addressed

I think the issue is it just doesn’t drive like I would or some other people. What you said reminded me of another example. I was in the right line going with the flow of traffic and it moved over to the left lane to pass but my exit was less than a mile away and it was clear that there wasn’t an opening to get back over before the exit. It tried to slow to get in the right lane but it stopped when it realized there was no room and kept going a little more but there was still no room ahead so I had to take over and punch it where there was an opening right before the exit. Had I not it probably would have slowed down in the left lane until someone let me in which is not a good idea when cars in the left lane are going 65-70mph.
btw no nagging is true for autopilot as well, since 32.8 (i think), i only need lightest touch on the wheel for it not to nag - as if it was capacitive wheel. Litterally i can put a hair of my pinky finger touch it and it is fine.
