For hauling people and stuff, there is nothing like a minivan
I'm telling you, if Toyota ever decides to come out with a Sienna EV, I'll be their first customer. Doesn't have to have that much power, doesn't need a 0-60 in 2 seconds, just give it dual motors, anywhere from 270 to 300 mile driving range, 250 to 300 hp, and at least a 250 kW charging curve, and I'm in!
Anyway, the end results

Also, I agree that I’m not willing to take a chance on Lucid just yet. The other thing my wife said is that for her work she reviews Lucids financial statements and said how they weren’t doing well and she wouldn’t take the risk either.

doesn't have to be a family either. my retired uncle/aunt have one and use it to drive from canada down south each winter for 'snowbird season'. they bring bikes, coolers, bedding, and TONS of other stuff.

they love it and it's been super reliable. it's a dodge caravan. i think this one is a 2020 and before that they had another form about 2010. the new one is hardly any different from the old one.

Lots of older folks like minivans, my wife and I were talking about this the other day. On the minivan forums for instance they are all young families, or retired people. They're easy to drive, easy to load, lots to like.
