You need Cone Seat M14 X 1.5 X 32mm Length (for OEM Specs) wheel BOLTS, not NUTS that you have the picture of above.
The box of wheel NUTS that you have posted are Cone Seat M12 X 1.5 6 spline. Kinda like trying to plug a North American plug into a European socket

These are what you need , you can choose which color you want. You want to choose one of the sets with a 32-35mm shank. The OEM bolts are these with the built-in washer. Otis LA sells the highest quality bolts that I have found available.

so these would work?

or am I better off with 35mm shank?

Highlander wheels have flat face seating and do not accept cone shape.

Yes, I am aware of that.
In his original post, he referred to the wheels he's speaking about "The aftermarket wheels came with bolts", along with the pictures that he posted, my assumption was that his aftermarket winter wheels that he had used on a previous highlander were drilled with cone seat holes.

that’s my fault for the wording. The wheels/tires off our old Highlander came with the box of pictured nuts.

that’s all I ever took with me to get them swapped on and off with the factory wheels/tires in the Winter time.

so essentially, as long as I buy the posted bolts above that you mentioned, then same premise. Just bring my winter wheels/tires and those bolts and they’ll go right on?

I’ll grab a photo in the AM of the center if you would be able to confirm if the cone type would work.

I do know that Mavis tire told me my Lexus factory nuts/bolts wouldn’t fit in the holes on the aftermarket tires. Are the Lexus factory ones cone?

Thanks for posting this source for lug bolts. My aftermarket wheels came with zinc color wheel bolts, but I think the wheels would look better with black.

Can't see that well into the Lug Bores, but they do look like they are driledl cone seat.

Looks like cone seat. It's hard to tell still.

You could email Vision and ask to confirm

meh, I went ahead and ordered the 33mm shank black ones since that color was on sale. Won’t match the rims, but it saves me $27 and less risk if they don’t fit.

Thanks for the all the help so far. Let you know once I try and get them installed.

I did some measuring yesterday to determine the exact length black lug bolts I need to replace the silver ones that came with my 18" wheels from Tire Rack. The key measurement is the depth of the threads inside the rotor that the lug bolts screw into, which is 18mm. You want the lug bolt to protrude beyond the inside of the wheel 18mm to ensure a proper torque, but no longer because threads that protrude beyond the threaded rotor hole will be exposed to dirt, brake dust and corrosion which may eventually cause problems removing the lug bolts and damaging threads. I confirmed this by measuring how far the OEM lug bolts protrude beyond the inside of my OEM 21" wheels, which is about 18mm. So, the size I ordered from OTIS is M14 X 1.5 X 25mm, which coincidentally is the same size as came with my wheels from Tire Rack.

GeneralKlinger - I suggest you do some measuring. 33mm is probably too long. They may fit, but you may have problems with the corrosion I mentioned above.

I measured the shank length of the OEM lug bolt to be 30mm; however, the OEM lug bolt length will not necessarily be the correct length for non-OEM wheels that have different hub thicknesses and use cone rather than washer seats. You have to measure the non-OEM wheel to determine the correct length per my post #238.
