It's hard to tell but it seems the torque seems to hold longer throughout the rpm's with the reflash and or the dp's compared to just the bms piggyback.. With the bms it peaks and then gradually lowers throughout the rpm's to where the reflash and dp's maintain throughout the rpm's.
Yup, that's the major difference with the re-flash. A lot of variables are adjusted to make more power throughout the power band.
Update after service visit at Lexus dealership. I reverted to stock ECU before taking car into service and they didn't say a word about having sport downpipe and cold air intake. I just emailed Tony, so he could check if they updated ECU while service visit, but they didn't touch it. Still doesn't hurt to take ECU to stock before doing any work at dealership, better to be safe than sorry. Tony said "This tune is 100% stock as same as before they wasn't change anything so you just put the stage 2 tune back via flash tools."
On a different note I took a trip of 500 miles in the last couple days and was getting 30-31 MPG going at 80 MPH, on Stage 2 flash from TTI(Tony). Loved the power on the open highway , glad I had my radar to assist me. Lol
ill add pics when I get on desk top, still trying to figure out how to post pics up from mobile.

That's great! Glad to hear it went smoothly with the dealer.
I am about to change another vacuum regulator. Came back from vacation to boost fluctuations.

I am about to change another vacuum regulator. Came back from vacation to boost fluctuations and radiator fan being constantly on.
how many miles do you have? i'm at 11k and so far on the original regulator. am i lucky or are you unlucky?
The saddest point about that issue is that most of the time, we discover/rediscover the issue because we killed by a slower car
I've had the fluctuating boost symptom before, but the buzzing/humming sound is a first. As you can see i replaced the 1st myself and positioned it in an easily accessible spot just in case it goes again.
Here a copy of Dyno results done yesterday, been busy so finally got it done. Running TTI Stage 2 with sport downpipe. Also at 5,500 in elevation, running on super premium unleaded. Only choice in desert far as I know.

Thanks for posting.
Are these the Stage 2 with down pipe results? What type of fuel are you running and the temperature? I see that they are the SAE numbers which gives you a lower reading vs STD.
I am sure those factors made an impact on your results. It would of been nice to get a comparison between stock and stage 2, but you feel the difference in power and response, so that's where it matters.
I did figure the results would be more misleading because, I definitely notice the difference between stock and Stage 2. Especially in acelaretion has decreased in the delay, on my daily drives I have loads of fun. I'm patiently waiting to see what new Stages Tony come out.
