Haven't seen the update myself either, but I stopped worrying about it. Since it seems the biggest changes is the Lexus home button for the Car Play interface (and I use Android) and breaking the assistant voice prompts, all the little bug fixes I probably won't notice since I really don't have hardly any technical glitches with the current interface (such that it is). I'm already looking forward to the next update after this one. Hopefully it will have more meat on the bone (I can dream, can't I?)
My 2022 NX 350 has the 2170 update.. When I say "Hay Lexus" i no longer get a voice response, "how can I help" but my request is
taken care of . Anyone else have this issue?

Any idea if this is going to be fixed soon? I have the small screen text read failure now also.
I don't know when it will be fixed, but I would suggest going into the Reinstall All Apps and see if it fixes certain issues. I have noticed before with some issues and I reinstall all apps and it fixed the problem.

Tried both unpairing and reinstalling all apps and neither solved the problem. Waiting for service to push to regional.
I had the same error 101 issue for a day and then, when I returned from a short trip in town and pulled into my driveway, the software update 2170 just began downloading and installing automatically. I'm guessing that their servers can only handle a limited amount of traffic at any given point in time. In any event, it is now updated.
