Yes. it will work thats the freon your supposed to use look under your hood and on the hood there should be a sticker saying what type of coolant you use all cars made after 1995 use r134a older cars use r12. But to make sure look under your hood and see what the sticker says
do me a favor guys and have someone that knows what they are doing do this for you... I deal with customers all the time that don't have a clue that just put the refrigerant in their car, just to find it was wrong, too much, wrong oil, etc, and blow up the compressor... thats not a cheap proposition...
just wanted to make sure you know what you are getting in to if you don't do it correctly...
We had a client put dye in the system. Came in for the A/C service. Ended up ruin my expensive A/C machine. This is the reason why we always ask them if they put anything in the system. And they usually say "NO".

luckily, we haven't had that happen recently... I catch contaminated systems all the time... mix of 12 and 134, and sometimes some stuff the machine can't even identify (which is scary, one actually had some sort of propane or something like that) tell me thats not scary dangerous...
Sorry, it wasn't the dye. But the stop leak thingy. He denied it though. I've heard many stories from different shops but it actually happended to us.
