I wondered the same thing. A while back, I noticed a Canadian forum member installed them. I wonder if he'll see this and comment how he has fared. The only difference I could discern is that the Primacy only has a "V" speed rating (up to 149mph) and since the max LC mph is 168, they won't be listed by any tire manufacturer for it.
But my question is since I won't be driving over 100mph, does it matter? The only other choice is installing the wrong size front tire (255s) which I know a lot of guys do without any trouble. However my Lexus Dealer refuses to sell 255s to me. They say I'm on my own if there is a transmission, odometer, speedometer, etc warranty problem.
P S I have a 2024 LC with 21" wheels, but I just noticed you have a 2023 with maybe 20" wheels? So you would have more choices?

The speed rating is less important than the load rating if you don't plan to ever get near the max rated speed. V and W are close enough that you won't suffer any negative handling related effects either. V rated tire would be just fine as long as the load rating matches.

Mman in reference to ride quality, my thought over these years, depends on the psi of the tires. Most big time tire company's concern themselves with concerns of the general public and comfort/quality of ride is one. Short answer, ride quality is there as well. You will have no regrets. Njoy.
It's more than just a speed rating. Tires run hotter at higher speeds than they do at lower speeds. The higher the speed rating on a tire, the cooler it runs. All things being equal, I'd rather have a cooler running tire

At 80 mph their is very little difference on a A temp. rated V speed rated tire and an A temp. rated W speed rated tire.
Ride quality on the w will be stiffer.

This is very rational. In the USA you are not going to driving at 130MPH (Or higher ) for continuous hours. Even the Z rated tire is overkill for our posted speeds. It does seem that temperature differences at 75-85 MPH between Z and W rated tires would be negligible.

I know it's not an ultra-high performance tire, but I'm considering them to replace my OEM tires on OEM 21" wheels.

I suspect that it is a very good “high” performance tire as opposed to “ultra” high performance. Quite probably longer wear and better ride. More than likely excellent overall except for track duty.
^^^^Well, Yes - sort of I had Michelin all-seasons on my last truck, and hated the darn things. On my last truck, I eventually updated to a performance Bridgestone tire. That transformed the truck Much Much Better handling and road holding.
My current Silverado came with Firestone OEM tires. Before the truck arrived, I ordered new wheels (up 1" in OD) and the same Bridgestones I had on my last truck. I sold my OEM wheels and tires on eBay.
