Yes the 24 inspiration series.

It's hard to see in pics because it's still chrome at the end of the day, so it still shines like chrome in most photographs which are taken in the sunlight, but it is in fact black chrome and not standard chrome

I agree that even the dark/black chrome exhaust tips on the ‘24 still look too “chromey” for that rear.

I'll apply a bit of this exhaust sealant around the tip of the OEM exhaust, before I slip on the Tim Tip's.

Another option are these 2.25" clamps. (if clamps are used, cut a few 1" slits into the Tim Tip's before slipping them on).

Nice look!!! All the other after market tips require the removal of the bezel which leaves the tab visible from where the bezel connects, which looks very tacky and unfinished IMO. Are you marketing them? If so I'll be your 1st patron 😎

Did you consider letting them exit about .5" beyong the bezel? Did you treat the raw end from you cutting with any type of rust prevention? I appreciate all the detail, links and pictures 😎👍🏾

Thanks, you're very welcome...haven't done the permanent install yet and not marketing them. Just a lil DIY project for myself. I've done all the heavy lifting; you guys can take it from here...LOL.
I thought about extending them a tad bit past the bezel but finally ended up liking this look better.
I'm going to clean them up a lil then spray with VHT Flameproof Clear Satin finish.
Here are a few more 'dry fit' pics of the overall look. Thinking of blacking out the upper chrome trim pieces too. Definitely going to paint those lower metal brackets black.

I really like the profile, looks good. At first I was thinking it might be better if the tips extended further out, but after seeing your additional pics, I think it's spot on for me. It looks more sophisticated and OEM, less of a speed racer look. I like the straight forward install, but not sure about the cement. If the tips started to discolor i want to be able to remove them. From one LC owner to another, i appreciate you sharing & doing all the heavy lifting for us!
BTW... Im not a fan of how Lexus engineers designed the bezel surrounding the tips as well as the chrome looking piece above it. I haven't seen any aftermarket options I like. Some of the carbon options are nice but kinda pricey for what they are. So far the only thing I've added was the Key Card, otherwise it's stock.

I usually try to make it look as though Lexus did it, not me.
I like the cement, have had tremendous success with it in the past. I'm not too concerned with the tips becoming discolored, that's fine by me. Will still look like exhaust... The VHT will keep it looking pretty good for a good long while, anyway. I included the clamps in case someone did this install and wanted the ability to remove them. 👍🏾

Good point. My LC stays garaged all winter, and generally, I only drive it on dry days. So far, I've never used the windshield wipers. I hope they actually work 😅

Wow, that's a beautiful machine 😍. Its sitting perfectly too. Did you add coilovers or did it come that way? Very nice stance.amd wheel selection. The red calipers are a nice touch 👌🏽. I love my LC, but from an exterior perspective, my LC might come in as a close second. You have some fine automobiles my man 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
I cant believe im still gazing at your Maserati. Its growling just sitting there, it's like I can feel.those ponies breathing smoke out of their nostrils like a fire breathing dragon 🔥
