It is my opinion if you are going to put individual pipes out the back then pick some that match the quality of the car you are putting them on. They should finished inside and out. Not look like a 12 year with a hack saw cut cut off a piece of pipe and then dropped it on the ground. The important part is that you are happy with how it looks. It is very interesting to see what others come up with. Thanks for sharing.

I do like how it looks. And thankfully it does not look like a 12 year old with a hacksaw Cut a piece of pipe off and dropped it on the ground in person. I'm curious what you think a finished inside of an exhaust tip should look like though, lol. Do you mean double walled? If so that's just a matter of esthetic preference and nobody's opinion is right or wrong.

These just Flow so well with the car. It has the Performance to back it up, and even the perforations just look so factory sporty. Gets my Vote for #1.

I took this pic a minute after installing the tips. I did enclose that right side triangular corner with black plastic that matches the diffuser. It looks more "factory" now. But, in my honest opinion there has to be some kind of an aftermarket diffuser to complete the look. Something needs to be under the tips.

Love the idea of more prominent tips visible AND a decent splitter at the back. To me, this is the only thing that's really missing from the look of the car. I've done a lot of customization/moding of my past cars both from a performance and aesthetics perspective. On the aesthetics side, I've always maintained that if it doesn't look stock I won't do it. I want it to look like it came from the factory, not a slapped on, aftermarket piece that's either poorly made or is just over the top (like large trunk lip spoilers, etc.). Appreciating that beauty is in the eye of the beholder of course.

If I was going to do anything at the back end I'd want to have an entirely new piece made that makes use of the entire "tip" area in the top and bottom pieces and integrate a diffuser without slapping it over the existing body work. A direct replacement of parts if you will. Also, something a bit subtle that doesn't have massive fins or 6 inch tips, etc. etc. Something like this crudely marked up pic. Just need someone to design and build it.

Personally I think it looks fine under without. When it's not a built in integrated to the Bumper system, the bottom looks better open. It also kinda mismatch, with a Round Tips in a Square hole imo.

Those Aftermarket Diffuser with all that Aftermarket extra mass stuff going on just looks like Cheap installed aftermarket Big Butt ugly plastic to me. Just my opinion. Too cheap Japanese car added Alibaba looking.

Here's a link:
https://www.apexi-usa.com/products/l...QKhI8FBv8PUHpb

I'd get in contact with Josh @Meraki Autoworks who helped me acquire an NIA body Kit and Vossen wheels. I mounted the kit yesterday but it's too cold to put the spoiler adhesive on.

Need to get rid of this last bit of chrome... not yet set on a solution...

This would do it, no? It seems like that price doesn’t require a core, so it’s cheap enough to try. I still don’t get why there’s no OEM part, as that’s the one thing that looks off on the Inspiration Series. https://e6carbon.com/product/lexus-l...-exhaust-trim/

There is an OEM part for it. These are black chrome that matches the other black chrome, it's not pure black.
