Did you get the recall done before receiving the card?

 

Actually getting the recall done has nothing to do with getting the card.

I got mine like a month ago and still haven't done the recall yet.

 

That's odd since the recall doesn't apply to 250s

 

I just called Lexus about this a few days ago and was told that I was going to be getting a gift card but that there had been delays in getting them out so it will be some time within the next few months.

 

All these questions should be directed to lexus, THEY will answer you..

 

Had to call twice...last word I got is the gift card should be here in March.

 

I live in Florida had my recall done in September got a $ 2,000 dollar coupon for the purchase or lease of a new vehicle whereas it seems everybody else got $1,500. Used the $2,000 dollars plus $ 1,000 customer reward for the lease and purchase of a 2011 Lexus and got my wife a 2011 IS 250C. Nothing else out of pocket. Sweet, by March I will call and ask about the $ 500 dollar gift card.

 

I received my letter for the $ 500 gift card on 11/5/2010,called several times and just was told in a few more weeks. That was over four months . Has anyone received the $500?

 

no i was talkin about the recall for the gas leak i jus had that done

 

the gift card is specifically for the valve spring recall

 

I was told on Nov 5 2010 that i should receive the 500 gift card .Several phone calls and four months later ...NOTHING did you receive the gift card?

They should also give it to the ppl with the gas leak also I say!!!
