Going to jump in here and see if I can get a question answered. I had the valve-spring recall done back in February but haven't received a gift card. Do I need to call Lexus headquarters? I'm the 2nd owner of the car so would that make any difference?

So I called today and spent a good 30 mins on the phone. They said the offer only went out to registered owners as of 8/15/10. I bought mine on 8/19/10. After some dealing, they asked me to fax them the bill of sale with the purchase date on it and they'd see what they could do for me. Fingers crossed I hear back from Lexus in the couple days telling me a gift card is on the way.
