you're saying you have to reset it every time, and then it works again?

I had a problem with my mirrors. I kept taking it in and they replaced everything well they still keep moving. Well after I started thinking about it myself the remote has memory for the mirrors and seats. I told them that might be it but they could not till me how to reset it so I researched myself and fixed it. I bought the car used and with only one remote then paid 120 for another remote not programed to my car. I did get the remote that was not programed, programed free. May not help anyone here but make sure if its a used car to reset the remote.
