Default Pic Request: specific Trunk setups

I'm basically looking for a setup with 2 12's and how the amps are mounted. I'm looking for false walls and things of that sorts. I want to set mine up so I can still get to the spare and all that.

Also, can anyone point me to a site that has a DIY for building something like this? I'm not very good with this stuff (what you screw it into, etc)

Thanks.

I have different subs now and the paneling now lines up flush at the bottom...oh yeah, and its clean now!

I can still get to my spare and I have room for all my luggage

I have 2 orion 250hcca amps and a 3 farad cap mounted on top of the box..when looking at it level with the rear of the car you cant see the amps at all

the carpet to right is just loose carpet that I had left over

heres my set up.. 2-12 9512 digital designs subs. 5 cube box ported. The pic shows a 3910watt concept amp but changed to a 6500w soundstream amp. the sides are were the 4 1400 kinetic batteries are and 2-260w concepets amps sit on top. spare tire is in there. lift the lower amp panel, spare tire comes out..

I installed and competed way back in the day! 13 years or so ago(reason Im using orion amps now)

but to start off with the setup that I have you need to build a rectangular box..no angles.
13x13x31 i think are the exact measurements to fit between the strut towers. 13x13x31/1728=3.03 cubic foot then subtract how much internal volume your subs take up then you have your actual cubic feet for the subs. since your going to have around 1cf per sub with these dimensions be careful to pick out your subs.

I used these dimensions so I could still use the factory paneling over the spare tire as well as the factory trunk carpet on the bottom. the box took 20 mins to build and maybe another 30 min to panel in and carpet the face..just something quick and easy..

im getting a lil older now so the bone jarring bass is no longer important to me. 1cf is enough if you have plenty of power going to them. but if i were younger and wanted more bass I would increase the measurements to get around 2-2.5 per sub and angle one face of the box slightly. in order to do that your going to lose a lot more trunk space, and this is something I cant afford to give up

good luck

I plan on most likely putting my 12w3's and the jl 500/1 in the gs and putting 1 (or 2 if money permits) 12w7 in my truck with a jl 1000/1
