99% sure I'm going to get an identical model s at this point, unless something drastically changed in the market. I thought about white, but it just doesnt looks as stealthy, yet sinister as the grey...
I got the same generation vehicles twice. So I could see how one would want the same one. Looks good. I don't think Tesla looks good in white either.
So I was going to look at a Lucid, but decided instead to look to drive up north to check out at a potential plaid that my SA is saving for me (brand new showroom car wth les that 50miles):
White on white, and it's $-7500 off as well.
My only reservation on not taking it right now is that HW4 for the autopilot is right around the corner (and might even be offered with this months build of Plaids. That and of course I prefer grey/black but have had good luck with white/white before(2nd choose)....

I think it looks great. Personal preference though is for the CF interior
quite possible you would have the option to upgrade from hw3 to hw4?
although not if there's lots of extra sensors requiring body panel differences on the one that's coming soon.
i'd wait...
but i know delayed gratification is hard.

I've read that Elon has said HW3 cars won't be upgradeable to HW4.
What does that little piece in lower right corner say? Plaid? I saw one with a word Plaid, no plate. I saw another one with P90 but the license plate says plaid. Are these all Plaid? That aside, how do people respond to this new steering? Looks odd to me and I would feel uncomfortable driving this one. I often rest my left hand on that missing top piece as a habit. When I learned how to drive, my teacher said, "place your hand there in case you have a head on, your elbow will help protect you." And it became a habit. This new one seems to fit more for racing. Even newer MB's flat bottom designs are uncomfortable for me.

That makes sense. Imagine you buy a Model 3, and 3 months later they refresh the headlights to a better design. Tesla (or any other automaker for that matter) is not going to swap out your headlights for the newer ones

You can now buy a Plaid with a regular round steering wheel instead of that God awful yoke
