It's sitting nearly in the shelf in my closet where it's been left untouched since I bought my car. Haha
My buttons work ok for me.
Ok well either no one else drives your car, or your spouse is about the same height as you.... Otherwise, you'd learn how to use it pronto....Originally Posted by Margate330

No, he wasn't. But if you switch places with a driver of with a significantly different seating position, and you have the feature where you can pair the seat memory to the key fob, you most definitely want to do this, and sometimes THAT does require reference to the manual--at least it did on my Lexus.Originally Posted by SW17LS

A tap on the steering wheel adjust button to raise the steering wheel.
I usually leave the mirrors alone and lean to see unless traffic is heavy, I will adjust. Lol

Considering all he would have to do is press "1", or better yet, program his fob, to get his seat, steering wheel and mirrors to the *exact* right spot every time, that process sounds pretty broken to me. To each his own, tho....Originally Posted by Toys4RJill

Lots of innovations make daily life better, without something having been broken to create that innovation.

I find my memory systems extremely useful/nice, only thing I don't use is the auto seat back/forward thing. The keys also saving is a good feature but my wife and I have our own cars and the other person barely drives the other car.

I also turn off the auto seat slide for entry and exit, I find that annoying.

Nobody cares what you find annoying, quite frankly. We're all just talking here.Originally Posted by SW17LS

If you think the two things are the same you totally misunderstood my point lol. I never suggested that you shouldn't post what you like and dislike about features or cars, thats the whole point of the forum. You just can't expect people to avoid saying things to you about specific subjects...Originally Posted by AJT123

Yep. First thing I disable is the auto seat backwards. Maybe useful for someone who is particularly large.Originally Posted by Striker223

YOU can avoid saying things rudely and condescendingly telling me I'm doing illegal things, please. I have said for years I pull over whenever I need my phone even including hands free conversations most of the time.Originally Posted by SW17LS

I deal with people being rude enough in traffic with the attention this car gets, the last place I want to argue is on here. Just don't talk down to people, it's very unbecoming.
I said my piece.
