One of my agents moved to FL a year ago, he has a Rivian. He is in town and was at the office today, drove his Rivian up from FL, he let me drive it today. I loved it! Rode well even on the 23s, very quiet...very impressive...
He stopped 4 times to charge for 30 minutes each over 800 miles...not bad...

I would rather have the F150 hybrid in this case.
I can tow a 26ft enclosed trailer with car + tools + etc inside right at 200 miles on a tank of gas with a gas guzzling 5.7 V8
Yep. That MLB platform is natively FWD with longitudinal engine orientation. It’s obviously designed to accommodate AWD but its humble origins can’t be hidden.

I agree. All signs very clearly indicate the A8 is FWD-based but @Striker223 refuses to admit/acknowledge this for whatever reason 🤷🏻♂️
Does anyone want to try and convince me that the Ford Five Hundred was RWD too?

my acura legend v6 was that way too, but they designed it beautifully without a huge front overhang like that audi..
blimey! didn't know that either! always assumed it was transverse
now why would honda do this though? especially considering it was never meant to be anything other than a V6... seems like you get the disadvantages of a FR layout with no benefits lol... with the audi at least we know that platform was meant to accommodate bigger engines
I've been meaning to get the latest booster but i just haven't gotten around to it yet.
I'm iffy on boosters but I didn't think they were recommended for all of us, just the elderly, immunocompromised, etc.
I'd love some sizzzuryyyppp but the doctor's office is closed. But I swear, plain old Advil works better than even drugs (I noticed this through my back surgeries)...
This isn't a dig or a debate it's just something I've noticed over the past couple weeks.
Car mags online like C&D & Motor Trend are heavily testing ICE-only vehicles and actually writing passionately about them.
Wondering if they're getting any pushback from the many who just aren't interested in where things are going.
I'd post this in EV chat but I'm not trying to start any arguments, it's just something I've noticed.
I read about a Mercedes AMG today on a FB C&D blog that I honestly didn't even know existed, pure ICE 4.0tt. I was shocked that there was no cheery mention of hybrids and batteries and 1002 hp.
