Normal traffic tickets are infractions, technically, not misdemeanors. But yeah. If I were some drug dealer I'd make sure to stop at every stop sign lol.

Yeah, traffic infractions are typically not misdemeanors. Misdemeanors are criminal charges. The point is though if you're committing a big crime don't make little mistakes lol

Hilarious the cop was too arrogant to just laugh at himself and move on.

 

Obviously she was correct about the right-hand statement by the cop being false, but that still doesn't necessarily get her off the hook. If she was using the phone with her left hand (and the cop apparently saw her holding the phone)....that is just as illegal.

 

How was she driving?

Clearly the likely answer is the cop didn’t see what he thought he saw
