I agree. It's best just to bite the bullet on this.

LOL.

My family is cursed with that, at the family house it's been done at least 5-6 times over the years by other family members too not just me.

Sucks, but one thing.... after all that **** that went on all winter with my back and all that trauma, you don't sweat the small stuff anymore.

At least it wasn't the Mercedes!! Which has just been repainted on both bumpers lol.

Thanks. But yeah **** happens. This is nothing versus thinking I'd never walk again (or drive) for months on end.

Yeah I'll just pay out of pocket for these. The LX needs a new bumper, LS just needs the bumper repainted and some scratches buffed out of the rear panel.

My wife back her car into mine once in a parking lot, about 25 years ago. She got mad at me, yelled at me and drove away, lol. There wasn't any real damage.

We've also raced each other a few times.

My wife crashed the 460 once, ever since IDGAF about the car anymore.

Needed a new front bumper and it's just not the same anymore and totally killed my care/like for the car. She was sorry and all that but I no longer trust her with the cars after that since it was 100% avoidable

That said I have a lot of buffer room for gas in my budget so I'll survive this. Gas basically doesn't even register on my finances.
Not even sure why people are this mad about gas prices right now as if it had not been where it was not long ago. It is what it is. What excites me more is to see how many miles I can get with a full tank. Last time I checked... I got over 700.

My Dad backed into the truck of a gut that was at our house pressure washing one time, totally his fault as the guy's truck was parked. He came home later that day and I made a comment that the guy did a great job with the power washing and his response was "Yeah, he really fucked up my car though" LOL, the power of perception!

Oh geez. I promise you at some point in your life you will accidentally damage a car too. Happens to everybody.

I'm guessing under 5 grand to fix both. And thanks, yeah it sucks but like I said... I'm cursed. Frankly I'm shocked we've lived here for 9+ years and it hadn't happened yet.

You know you married well when you don't get bitched at or even WTFed about it... Every single claim and ticket in this household, in 13 years... has been from me. Lol.

Maybe, depends what you consider damage. I've scratched my truck once when I first started driving, that's the only time I've ever caused damage to any car so far.
