Apparently the people who own that house are INSANE. They have a big fence up and yell at anybody who even stops in front of the house for a picture. Then they want to go and get $4M for a $350k house because it’s famous lol

LOL...yup. I hear people like to swing by and toss a pizza on the roof, so I get the annoyance, but to use that to try to value it at about 8-12 times the neighboring houses and market it as "special" is kind of interesting... lol

I drove a 40i without the 48v and the performance and smoothness was not there compared to the 40i with 48v.
