Not sure why Lexus omitted it. They did the same on the NX 450h+ first couple years it was available until they finally added a pano roof for 2024. But rumor has it the 2026 TX 550h+ will have a pano roof
My cousin is a car person and likes her TX from what I've heard. Her last car was an old Camaro with the 3800 which I'm stunned was kept on the roads so long up there and held up for so long in Rochester where it gets, frankly, terrible each winter. She loved that car and wouldn't get rid of it, but now she's basically upper class with a career and married etc. We joke about how back when GM had 2 keys, one for the doors and one for the ignition. The Camaro was that old. I think it was a 96ish???
You can't tell me it's impossible for a car to be worse than a good suv lol!
When talking about a 6,000 lb BOF full sized SUV, yes it is impossible lol. Its physics. If we're talking about an X5M or a GLE63, then not impossible.

Absolute 100000% Xmas movie, if we're gonna get into that topic.. I'll argue that one to the grave lol.
Same to you! Unfortunately not much of a Christmas around here. My wife and kids are really sick. Don't know if its flu or COVID or what but everybody is totally down for the count. Cancelled my wifes mother and stepfather (no loss there lol) and my Mom is on a holding pattern.

Too bad about the stepfather not coming over, it would have been funny to hear the stories of that grumpy guy.
Absolutely nothing beats a Minivan when it comes to utility. Nothing. Long live the Minivan 🙂↕️
huge space and versatility, but horrible to drive and park, lol.

great for what they’re designed for (hauling and towing), but i find trucks (and most large suvs like escalade etc) horrible to drive too and especially to park! suspensions have to be pretty stiff to provide towing capability.
but if you have to haul tow or carry loads of living things, then they’re the only way to go.
about the ls430… i drove one ages ago and found it to have the lightest steering on any car i’d ever driven, lol and major body roll… yup, a boat. absolutely nothing “european” about it.

They aren't horrible to drive lol. I'd get tickets fast in FL, when we were there it was hard to not gun the Denali with the huge, flat roads.

No they don't. My LX570 rides like a luxury sedan almost and will tow all day long and twice on Sundays. Denali I haven't towed with but it has a great ride too.

LS430 has light steering but I've felt wayyyyy lighter. You surely have driven more cars than this.
You guys forget this was a flagship sedan back when Lexus really was about the best, the chassis and suspension are first rate. It's not an E38 7 series sport but I wouldn't hang onto a car for 14 years and never plan to dump it if it were a boat. Like I said, the ride is silky and floaty but *disciplined* unlike an old Cadillac or Lincoln which would just fail miserable, run off the road, or just bottom out the whole suspensions.
Lexus LS always was known for it... not as involving as the Germans but certainly a decent performer. Not so much just the ride, just in how effective the car is, overall, coddling you. The ride is part of it but just the whole car is so buttery and good at de-stressing the driver and passengers. It's about the best car in the world to drive home in after a 13 hour shift mostly on your feet, did it many many times.

I've driven my LS430 for 14 years now lol, it ain't a boat. It's not sporty but it doesn't fall apart either when you dart it or make a quick move.
I still find just my LX a hoot to drive. It's big and burly and has the best steering wheel ever....
You can sort of tell in these pics but it's huggggge and thick, very proper for the vehicle. LS430 steering wheel is much thinner, all the cars and trucks we have are. LX has the greatest feeling wheel ever
Look at how thick and meaty that wheel is, it feels great in your hands and is part of the driving experience.
