No, the factory ones are flat on the top only. Bottoms are the same as the Swifts.

 

Got a 3/8” spacer machined, installed it and it brought the CV to end of shaft dimension to within the 3.25”-3.75” spec.

 

Gotta make sure the CF driveshaft is fully shielded from exhaust heat and road debris so I patched up
the hole on the factory shield.

 

Got a shift **** from Raceseng, mainly for the engraving

Is the 3rd from last picture showing the VLine mounted under the dash? Like under the glovebox? If so, how did you mount it there? Were there brackets included from Grom?

Every install I've seen on our cars has had it in the glovebox itself. This looks like a much cleaner solution assuming it is as easy to access as it appears.

 

Yes, it’s mounted via 3m doublesided tape up under the glove box on the blower motor. Hidden and easy access by just popping the plastic cover. There’s just enough space there but the cover doesn’t touch at all.
It comes with mounting brackets that I didn’t use.

Giving this Car Launcher app a try. I think I like it better than the qlink or something, whatever came with the grom.

 

Original gauge cluster lense had some scratches so I ordered a new one and replaced it!

 

Headers arrived today! Gonna mock it up this weekend, weld a couple O2 sensor bungs on the collectors, then send them off to Swaintech for their ceramic coating!
